Numbers 23:19-20

19

“God is not a man, that He should lie,

Nor a son of man, that He should repent;

Has He said, and will He not do it?

Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

20

“Behold, I have received a command to bless;

When He has blessed, then I cannot revoke it.

Romans 8:31-39 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

31 What then shall we say to these things?

If God is for us, who is against us?

32 He who did not spare His own Son,

but delivered Him over for us all,

how will He not also with Him

freely give us all things?

33 Who will bring a charge against

God’s elect? God is the

one who justifies;

34 who is the one who condemns?

Christ Jesus is He who died, yes,

rather who was raised, who is at

the right hand of God, who also

intercedes for us.

35 Who will separate us from the

love of [b]Christ? Will tribulation,

or distress, or persecution, or

famine, or nakedness, or peril,

or sword?

36 Just as it is written,

“For Your sake we are

being put to death all day long;

We were considered as

sheep to be slaughtered.”

37 But in all these things we

overwhelmingly conquer

through Him who loved us.

38 For I am convinced that

neither death, nor life, nor

angels, nor principalities,

nor things present, nor

things to come, nor powers,

39 nor height, nor depth,

nor any other created thing,

will be able to separate us from

the love of God, which is

in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Galatians 3:10

10 For as many as are of the works of [a]the Law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all things written in the book of the law, to perform them.”

Romans 7:25

25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.

Romans 8:1

Deliverance from Bondage

8 Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Romans 5:8

8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Galatians 2:20

20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and [a]the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

Romans 6:23

23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Acts 2:23

23 this Man, delivered over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you nailed to a cross by the hands of [a]godless men and put Him to death.

Romans 8:28-30

28 And we know that [a]God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. 29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; 30 and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.

John 3:18

He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Ephesians 2:19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the [p]saints, and are of God’s household,

Ephesians 4:18

being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart;

Matthew 20:18

18 “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem; and the Son of Man will be [a]delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death,

Matthew 27:1-2

Judas’s Remorse

27 Now when morning came, all the chief priests and the elders of the people conferred together against Jesus to put Him to death; 2 and they bound Him, and led Him away and delivered Him to Pilate the governor.

Matthew 27:18

18 For he knew that because of envy they had handed Him over.

1 John 2:1

[ Christ Is Our Advocate ] My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous;

Psalm 84:11

11

For the Lord God is a sun and shield;

The Lord gives grace and glory;

No good thing does He withhold [a]from those who walk [b]uprightly.

2 Corinthians 4:15

15 For all things are for your sakes, so that the grace which is [a]spreading to more and more people may cause the giving of thanks to abound to the glory of God.

1 Corinthians 2:12

12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God,

Matthew 5:21-30 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Personal Relationships

21 “You have heard that [a]the ancients were told, ‘You shall not commit murder’ and ‘Whoever commits murder shall be [b]liable to the court.’ 22 But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be [c]guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, ‘[d]You good-for-nothing,’ shall be [e]guilty before [f]the supreme court; and whoever says, ‘You fool,’ shall be [g]guilty enough to go into the [h]fiery hell.
